Citron sold OpenFeint to GREE in 2011 for US$104 million, which he then used to establish Hammer & Chisel, a game development studio in 2012. Their first game included Fates Forever, released in 2014, and Citron was hoping would become the very first MOBA game for mobile platforms, but was not a commercial success.
