Rose Rocket is the Toronto Canadian-based SaaS supplier of software to manage transportation (TMS) specifically for transport companies and 3PLs and was able to raise $25m through Series A financing.
It was led by Lee Fixel of Addition Capital and Mo Koyfman of Shine Capital, with participation from Ripple Ventures, Scale-Up Ventures, Kevin Mahaffey, Funders Club, and Y-Combinator.

Rose Rocket Raises $25M for Series A Capital
The company plans to make use of the funds to continue expanding its operations and expand its reach.
Alexander Luksidadi Justin Sky founded the company, and Justin Bailie, Rose Rocket is a leading provider of enterprise-grade Transport Management Software (TMS) specifically designed for transport companies and 3PLs. Its network-driven TMS allows trucking companies to use their network of partners, drivers, customers, and other partners to gain visibility and increase capacity. Other product services include driver mobile apps, customers and partner portals, an open architecture that permits seamless integrations with native integrations and APIs, and many more.
The company is present across the United States and Canada, serving brokerages and carriers offering LTL, FTL, hybrid, and multi-division service options.
