OSF Digital, a Quebec City, Canada-based provider of digital transformation solutions to companies based in Canada, has bought Oegen, a British-based Salesforce consultant firm.
The value of the transaction was not revealed.

OSF Digital Acquires Oegen
OSF Digital is acquiring Oegen to create a Salesforce Experience Cloud team in the UK region and to increase the multi-cloud center of expertise and delivery group within the UK and EMEA. OSF’s global team will expand its Salesforce Experience, Salesforce Sales, and Service Cloud capabilities and provide comprehensive digital transformation strategies to customers.
Directed by Pete Fells, Managing Director and Founder, Oegen is a Salesforce consulting company with expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and B2B Commerce. Customers include large UK high-street banks as well as international foundations and education.
