Then, from The Ainsel River Main site of Grace, enter a cave beneath the Uhl Palace Ruins. Near the end, you will find the entryway to Nokstella, Eternal City.
At The Nokstella, Eternal City site of Grace, follow the river until you can see Electric Silver Tears gathering. Continue straight ahead. On your left, you’ll find an old stone structure with Ghostflame Torches. An elevator inside can bring you to the Nokstella Waterfall Basin.
Explore the Cave to that Nokstella Waterfall Basin site of Grace. Be aware of the Basilisks that are lurking in the Cave. Once you’ve left the Cave, take note of the stone structure that is on the right part of the Cave. Use the lift to get to the Lake of Rot.
