Cynerio Raises $30M in Series B Funding

Cynerio, a New York-based supplier of Healthcare IoT cybersecurity and asset management solutions, has secured $30 million in Series B financing.

Alive Israel HealthTech Fund managed the round, joined by existing investors Accelmed, RDC, MTIP, and CBG London investment company Vincent Tchenguiz owns. UAE investment group based in UAE.

Cynerio Raises $30M in Series B Funding

The company will make use of the funds to:

  • Expand the channel program,
  • accelerate technological development,
  • provide support to current customers and improve support for existing customers
  • consolidate its position it holds increase its presence in North America.

Leon Lerman, the CEO, leads the company and co-founder; Cynerio provides a Healthcare IoT cybersecurity platform that protects every threat on every connected device. The clinically-intelligent platform automates asset discovery and risk reduction and provides healthcare teams with the ability to not just identify more problems on their network but to solve them and secure their organization to ensure patient safety, data integrity, and operational continuity.
