CommerceIQ Raises $115M in Series D Funding

CommerceIQ is a Palo Alto-based Retail Ecommerce Management Platform. It has closed a $115m Series D funding. This brings the total value to over $1 billion.

SoftBank Vision Fund 2 led the round with participation from existing institutional investors Insight Partners and Trinity Ventures. Shasta Ventures and Madrona Venture Group also participated. This new funding brings the total funding for the past 12 months to $175m. Priya Saiprasad (Partner at SoftBank Investment Advisers) will join the CommerceIQ Board of Directors in conjunction with the funding.

The company plans to use the funds for global expansion and the rapid development of its platform.

CommerceIQ’s CEO, Guru Hariharan, is the driving force behind its unified Retail Ecommerce Management Platform. This platform connects and automates data across all eCommerce platforms to drive growth for global brands.

This solution connects eCommerce category analytics with retail media management, sales, and operations management to automate all aspects of Retail Ecommerce Management. CommerceIQ currently has over 2,200 brands using its platform to increase incremental sales, market share, and profitability via online retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
