Aumni, a Salt Lake City, UT-based investment analytics platform, has raised $50 million in Series B capital.
This round was led by J.P. Morgan with participation from Pelion Venture Partners, WndrCo, Citadel Securities, Invesco Private Capital, Vanderbilt University, and Kera Capital. They added already existing investors SVB Financial Group, DLA Piper, Next Frontier Capital, Kickstart Fund, First Trust Capital Partners, and Prelude, the Mercato Partners fund.

Aumni Raises $50M in Series B Funding
The company is planning to use the funds to increase its relationship with investors in the private capital markets and broaden its offerings of a limited partnership, a law firm, and the company’s founders.
Aumni was founded with former BigLaw corporate lawyers Tony Lewis and Kelsey Chase; Aumni is an investment analytics platform designed for private capital markets, including family offices, venture funds universities, endowments for university students, and corporate venture firms. Through the combination of A.I. and human knowledge, The system can extract and analyze crucial deal information in many legal documents and provides detailed information about each investment’s legal and financial situation.
Since the introduction of the flagship program in the year 2018, the company has reviewed more than 100,000 transactions in investment.
